  • Multi-language chatbots
  • Internal HR & team bots
  • CRM, form & automation integrations
  • Voice-enabled chatbots
  • Hosting, maintenance & analytics services

All services are customized based on client requirements.


3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Full payment is required before project initiation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

Once payment is completed, the order is considered final.


4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital, customized, and service-based nature of our offerings:

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed once a project has started
  • All purchases are final

However, we provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan to ensure client satisfaction.


5. Project Timeline & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time ranges from 7 to 14 business days
  • Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness
  • Delays caused by missing inputs, third-party tools, or platform changes are not our responsibility

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements and content
  • Respond promptly to communication requests
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws while using chatbots
  • Inform end-users about chatbot usage and data collection

AIChatboters is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect client input.


7. Revisions & Scope

  • Unlimited revisions are provided as per the selected plan
  • Revisions apply only to the agreed scope
  • New features, platforms, or major changes may require additional fees

Scope changes must be mutually agreed upon.


8. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

  • Chatbot setup is typically a one-time service
  • Optional monthly support and maintenance plans may be offered
  • Professional & Premium plans include 30 days of free ongoing support
  • Support does not include new feature development unless agreed

9. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, CRM systems, hosting providers, or AI APIs.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime
  • Policy or pricing changes
  • API limitations or service disruptions

10. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI responses are generated using machine learning models and automation systems. AIChatboters does not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of chatbot responses
  • Continuous availability of AI models
  • Error-free or uninterrupted service

Clients accept all risks associated with AI-generated content.


11. Intellectual Property

  • All chatbot flows, logic, and configurations remain the property of the client after full payment
  • AIChatboters may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients may not resell or redistribute our service frameworks without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIChatboters shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses or revenue loss
  • Data loss or system failures
  • AI-generated errors or misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.


13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity is detected
  • Payment disputes occur

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
