1. No Returns on Digital Services
AIChatboters offers digital and customized services, not physical products.
As a result:
- There are no returns once a project has been initiated
- Services delivered digitally cannot be returned or exchanged
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to AIChatboters are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Starter, Professional, and Premium plans
- Custom chatbot development
- Automation, integrations, or setup services
- Hosting, analytics, or maintenance services
Once work has started, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Unlimited Revisions Instead of Refunds
To ensure client satisfaction, we provide:
- Unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan
- Revisions to improve chatbot flow, logic, responses, or design
- Support to resolve technical issues related to the agreed project
Revisions do not include new features or scope expansion unless agreed separately.
4. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project; however:
- Cancellation does not qualify for a refund
- Any work completed up to that point remains chargeable
- Project files, access, or deliverables may not be handed over if canceled
5. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer
Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on project complexity and client cooperation.
Delays caused by third-party platforms, missing client inputs, or external factors do not qualify for refunds.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.
We encourage clients to contact our support team for resolution before raising disputes.

By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the nature of digital services
- You agree to our no-refund and no-return policy
- You accept unlimited revisions as the resolution method
